If you are interested in becoming an FTO, Training Coordinator, Field Supervisor, etc... there is another benefit of holding of these positions.

Basically, you can be reimbursed up to $1000 per year to attend EMS related training events. Since our company provides ACLS, PALS, etc... for free, I tend to use my yearly stipend to attend EMS conferences.

This stipend can be used to pay for such things as event registration fees, lodging, airfare, rental car, etc...

Over the past several years, I have been to EMS conferences in Orlando Florida (twice), Philadelphia, and Lake Tahoe... and this is just one more reason why I consider this my EMS Dream Job!
