Not every place in our response district is on the ocean.
One very nice area we often go to in the summer is Moonshine Park.
On the Siletz river, it has a great swimming area, day use area, and even overnight camping.
The temperature in this area is often much hotter than the coast during the summer months.
A great place to take the family to enjoy the sun and a cool dip in the river.
