I have been a Paramedic with Pacific West Ambulance for over 7 years now, and primarily work out of our Newport station.

It is a very nice building, right on the coast… in an area of Newport called Nye Beach.

It houses our business office, the crew quarters for our Newport ambulance (Medic-1), two backup rigs, and a two bay shop with our own in-house mechanic.

We also have a training/meeting room, and our wheelchair division is also run out of this building.

If you walked to the end of our upper parking lot and looked west, you would see something like this:

 

Of course… if it was early evening… your view would be even more spectacular:
